Titanium exhaust wrap from DEI is made from pulverized lava rock, so it’s no stranger to intense heat. The material is first stranded into a fibrous material and then woven into a proprietary structure designed to be stronger than most wraps and more durable for unparalleled thermal performance and reliability. And with no need to pre-wet the material before application, you’ll be done before you know it.

Speed Sleeves from Design Engineering, Inc. (DEI) provide everything you need to cover and protect primary exhaust header pipes. Use them as an alternative to wrapping complete headers as well as for spot protection from heat-generating pipes and manifolds. Speed Sleeves are easily installed in tight engine compartments, and are great for troubleshooting components near exhaust headers, such as ignition wires or fuel lines.

The Design Engineering, Inc. EXO Series™ exhaust wrap is designed for use in extreme environments. Traditional exhaust wraps have not been able to withstand the dirt and water that can accompany off-road, dirt track, desert, and other forms of intense driving. The EXO Series features a dual-layer design that incorporates a combination of high-temperature glass covered with a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton. This unique construction maintains high heat protection while offering superior abrasion and impact shielding. What’s more, DEI’s unique Air Gap Technology keeps the glass fiber wrap from directly contacting the hot surface by way of an insulating air barrier.

The EXO Series exhaust wrap comes in a special 1.5” width, making it easy to install on any type of header, exhaust pipe, or exhaust system; this size also makes it perfect for high-impact spot protection. In addition, the stainless steel exoskeleton locks together when overlapped, keeping the wrap tight and making installation easy. Delivering outstanding looks and rugged performance over the long haul, this product is available in Black or Tan in either 1.5” x 10’ or 1.5” x 20’ rolls.
