Composed of an outer layer of durable Nomex® and a soft, comfortable and lightweight Nomex® liner with Chevron pattern box quilting, fire-retardant RaceQuip 9161 Series Chevron-5 SFI-5 jackets and pants exceed SFI 3.2A/5 specs.

They feature a stylish, modern Euro design accentuated with black-trimmed epaulets, black side panels, and black Nomex® cuffs. The knit stretch side panels create flexibility in the torso, while the 180-degree floating arm gussets increase flexibility in the arms. Chevron-5 jackets also feature a quality, heavy-duty, two-way brass zipper with double overlap for a more secure front opening. Jackets are available in Black, Red, or Blue in sizes S–3X (black only for 3X); pants are available in Black in the same size range.
