Responding to custom car and truck builders’ needs, Flaming River has introduced its “blank slate” universal swivel floor mount, which allows for the adding of a lower steering column to new firewalls or for bolt-on applications not currently covered by the Flaming River catalog. Just use the generous 8” x 9.75” mounting flange or your old factory floor mount as a template for creating a new mount. Made in the USA.

Flaming River (FR20005-28): Universal Tilt Column

This tilt column is designed for use with floor shifter. Its 2″ tube diameter and compact shroud create a unique custom look. Each column comes complete with a billet dress-up kit (tilt/turn signal levers and hazard knob), GM wiring (4.25″ connector), and an all-new canceling cam. Shaft size is 1″ DD.

This isn’t a rebuilt junkyard column: it’s a brand-new Flaming River–engineered column that’s made in the USA.

All Flaming River columns are made from 304-grade stainless steel, in paintable mill finish OR polished to a high luster. They will never rust and are chemically clean and can be painted to match or highlight an interior with only minor preparation.
