Producing 25% more airflow than comparable electric fans from other companies, the all-new Wave electric fan from Flex-A-Lite is also quieter and more efficient than traditional S- and straight-blade designs. GOLD metalized radiant matting from DEI—made from high-temperature metalized polyimide film bonded to heat-treated glass fiber—can be installed almost anywhere in your vehicle to reduce the damaging effects of heat. GOLD metalized matting can reflect direct heat up to 800°F and radiant heat up to 1,100°F.

This DEI product can be used to cover air intake tubes, firewalls, over-transmission tunnels, air boxes, under the carpet, and around mufflers and catalytic converters. Non-automotive uses include marine, powersports, or wherever direct or radiant heat protection is desired.
