PROFORM (69520): Ignition Coil Brackets for GM LS1/S6 V8 Engines

PROFORM has the solution for what to do with those pesky coils in confined spaces. The company’s 69520 ignition coil brackets lift your coils off your valve cover so you can see the Chevrolet emblem. How do they work? A unique rail-mounting system attaches to the threaded holes on the valve cover, and the individual coils attach to the rail to allow for mounting in multiple positions. All necessary hardware is included. Also available for LS3/S7 applications (PN 69521).

Note: PROFORM coil brackets are not compatible with AC Delco coils D585 and D581 or stock spark plug wires (which are not long enough); if making your own wires, a 13–15” length is required.

Flex-A-Lite: Direct-Fit Radiators for LS Engine Swaps

Flex-A-Lite is bringing us a new line of performance aluminum radiators designed just for LS engine swaps. These dual-pass, direct-fit radiators were engineered so that the 1.25” inlet and 1.5” outlet are on the passenger-side tank, which includes a 0.25” NPT bung for the steam port tube.

Flex-A-Lite gave these performance radiators a unique Extruded Tube Core technology, which increases contact area between coolant and the extruded tubes and provides a flat surface to braze the cooling fins to; combined, these characteristics allow for better heat rejection and cooling.
