HushMat Ultra is a pressure-sensitive, constrained-layer damper, which has excellent adhesion to many difficult-to-bond substrates such as oily cold-rolled steel, automotive E-coat, primers and finishes, and many plastics including polypropylene. The aluminum foil constraining layer and specially formulated viscoelastic polymer layer combine to give effective vibration damping over a wide temperature range. Ultra is provided in rectangular or square sheets and can be hand cut for special configurations.
HushMat Ultra is temperature resistant and maintains adhesion through all automotive bake cycles, including 288°C (550°F) over-bake conditions. This allows its application at any stage of the production cycle. It can be applied to both prepainted and top-coated metal surfaces. The K&N 69-2550TTK Typhoon air intake system is a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube air induction system designed to fit some Dodge Challenger/Charger SRT Hellcat models. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by the K&N Typhoon air intake, which is designed to dramatically reduce air flow restriction as it smooths and straightens air flow. This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air, and more air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. In addition to more power, this air intake system improves engine sound by producing more aggressive, deeper acoustics during acceleration. The 69-2550TTK air intake comes with a chrome-topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the original air box space.
