The LS3 and L99 engines fitted to the 5th Gen Camaro SS generate more than 400+ HP from their eight cylinders. But they produce something a little less desirable, too: blow-by. Oil, fuel, and other by-products of combustion squeeze their way past piston rings with each stroke. Left unchecked, this material can rob your Camaro of power and efficiency.

Second, many AOS systems also drain the blow-by into the oil pan, while Mishimoto’s trap the blow-by and keep it out of the engine permanently.
